    摘要:

    金属切削液在加工中主要起到冷却、润滑、防锈和清洗的作用,由复杂化学配方组合而成的切削液,已经衍生出数以百计不同功能来满足工程师对不同加工条件的需求。针对切削液种类多、组分多和含量少的特点,指出切削液使用中存在存放时间短、储存要求高、运输成本高和废液处理贵的问题,提出基于微量润滑的在线混合技术即切削液在使用中根据加工对象的变化及加工精度的要求,实现各组分按照配方在线混合、即用即配、精量供给。深入分析在线混合需要解决的主要问题即切削液多组分在线混合、微流量精确控制、脉动条件下均匀混合和多组分微流量混合均匀性研究。基于微量润滑的在线混合为解决现有金属加工中切削液所存在的问题、提高切削液的有效利用和环境保护,具有重要的理论价值和实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Metal cutting fluid, made of complex chemical ingredients, mainly plays an important role in cooling, lubrication, rustprevention and cleaning during machining process. There are hundreds kinds of metal cutting fluid with different functions that can meet the engineers’ needs under different processing conditions. According to the characteristics of many kinds of cutting fluids, many components and low content, it was pointed out that there were shortcomings in the use of cutting fluid, such as short storage time, high storage requirements, high transportation cost and expensive disposal cost of waste liquid.The online mixing technology based on microlubrication was proposed, that was, the cutting fluid was used in the process according to the change of the processing object and the processing precision, and the components were mixed according to the formula, readytouse, and precision supply. The main problems those needed to be solved in the analysis of online mixing were multicomponent online mixing of cutting fluid, precise control of microflow, uniform mixing under pulsating conditions and mixing uniformity of multicomponent microflow. Online mixing based on microlubrication solves the problems of cutting fluid in metal processing, improves the effective utilization of cutting fluid and environmental protection. It has important theoretical value and practical application value.
