    摘要:

    基于有限元软件ANSYS构建20 kN/8.7 m壁行式起重机有限元模型。分别分析在悬臂梁跨端及跨中2个特殊位置处施加载荷时悬臂梁的受力情况。通过模态分析获取其前10阶模态的固有频率和振型,并结合谐响应分析,得出其2阶、8阶固有频率是设备最容易产生共振的频率。从静态和动态2个方面分析壁行式起重机有限元模型,为机械结构动态优化设计提供参考。研究结果有助于在实际作业工况中选择合适的设备参数。

    Abstract:

    The finite element model of 20 kN/8.7 m wallsleeving crane was built based on the finite element software ANSYS. The stress condition of cantilever beam was analyzed respectively under the condition that the load was applied at two special positions of the span end and the middle of the span. The natural frequency and mode shape of the first ten modes were obtained through modal analysis. Combined with harmonic response analysis, it is concluded that the natural frequencies of the second order and eighth order vibration were the most easily resonant frequencies of the wallsleeving crane. The finite element model of the wallsleeving crane was analyzed from static and dynamic aspects to provide reference for dynamic optimization design of mechanical structure. The research results are helpful to select suitable equipment parameters in actual operating conditions.
