    摘要:

    风电齿轮箱内的行星齿轮系在运行过程中产生的传动误差分析困难。为解决此问题,考虑行星齿轮系的实际工况,利用三维绘图软件建立多间隙的行星齿轮系非线性有限元模型。采用显式动力学求解方法,结合非线性动力学软件及齿轮啮合原理,讨论风电行星轮系在不同转速和负载时的动态传动误差曲线的变化规律。结果表明:时变啮合刚度和动态传动误差之间有一定的关联;行星轮系的动态传动误差与行星轮的动态传动误差存在差异。通过仿真证明了齿轮啮合刚度和传动误差对风电齿轮箱内的行星齿轮系运行过程有影响,实际应用中采用修边齿轮。

    Abstract:

    It is difficult to analyze the transmission error of the planetary gear system in the wind power gearbox during its operation. In order to solve this problem, considering the actual working conditions of the planetary gear system, a nonlinear multi-gap planetary gear system finite element model was established by using 3D drawing software. Explicit dynamic solution method was used, and combined with nonlinear dynamics software and gear meshing principle, the variation laws of dynamic transmission error curve of wind turbine planetary gear system under different speeds and loads were discussed. The results show that there is a certain correlation between timevarying meshing stiffness and dynamic transmission error; the dynamic transmission error of the planetary gear system is different from that of the planetary gear. The simulation results show that the gear meshing stiffness and transmission error have influence on the operation 〖JP2〗process of the planetary gear system in wind turbine gearbox, and trimming gears should be used in practical application.
