    摘要:

    借鉴Jones的球轴承拟静力学研究方法,耦合球滚动体与滚道间的润滑油的影响因素、保持架与球滚动体之间的相互作用,以及保持架与引导套圈之间的动压润滑作用,建立了优化拟静力学分析模型。与Jones的拟静力学模型的仿真结果和实验结果对比显示,所建立的拟静力学模型准确可行。在此基础上,利用所建立的优化拟静力学模型,针对不同工况,对球与滚道间的油膜状况、保持架的受力等轴承的动态特性参数进行了分析。结果表明:转速对球与内、外套圈的油膜厚度的影响大于载荷的影响;在转速从小到大变化时,保持架与球之间的法向载荷、流体动压油膜对保持架的作用力出现由从大到小,逐渐趋于平稳的变化规律;当轴向载荷增大时,则有逐渐减小的趋势。

    Abstract:

    Based on Jones’ method of quasistatics for ball bearings, an optimized quasistatics analysis model was established by coupling the influence factors of lubricating oil between ball rolling body and raceway, the interaction between cage and ball rolling body, and the dynamic pressure lubrication between cage and guide ring.Compared with Jones’ classical quasistatics model simulation results, the established quasistatics model is accurate and feasible. On this basis, the optimized quasistatics model was used to analyze the dynamic characteristic parameters of bearings, such as the oil film condition between ball and raceway and the force of the cage, under different working conditions.The results show that the effect of the bearing rotating speed on the oil film thickness between the ball and inner and outer rings is greater than that of load; with the increasing of the bearing rotating speed,the normal load between the cage and the ball is decreasing, and the force exerted by distribution pressure of fluid dynamic pressure on cage is increasing, and both trend to stable gradually
