    摘要:

    全自动测试换线方案对手机主板SMT后段分板后的检测有着重要影响。根据产能情况及夹具数量,结合先进的机器视觉算法及运动控制算法,在满足规划产能的基础上,设计出自动化测试的整线对接方案。经实验验证,该换线方案设计合理,设备整体运行良好,解决了换线效率低的技术问题,具有重要的工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    As fullautomatic test line change scheme has a great impact on the inspection of the SMT rear section of mobile motherboard. According to the capacity and the number of fixtures, combined with advanced machine vision algorithm and motion control algorithm, the whole line docking scheme of the automatic test was designed on the basis of meeting the planned capacity. The experimental results show that the design of the line change scheme is reasonable, the overall operation of the equipment is good. The technical problem of low line change efficiency is solved, and the scheme has important engineering application value.
