Abstract:The surface micro texture has a good antifriction effect,and the application of tool surface micro texture has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.In view of the application of laser technology in the preparation of surface micro texture,single pulse texture and continuous linear groove texture were prepared on the surface of YT15 blade by using infrared pulse nanosecond laser engraving machine.The effects of single pulse power and the percentage of overlapping area of two adjacent pulses facula on texture parameters were analyzed.The results show that the diameter,depth,height and width of the recast layer of the the single pulse texture increase with the increase of laser power;the depth,width and height of the recast layer of the the continuous linear groove texture increase with the increase of the percentage of overlapping area of two adjacent pulses facula,while the width of the recast layer decreases. Compared with the single pulse texture with the same power,the depth,height and width of the recast layer of the continuous linear groove texture are larger than that of the single pulse texture,and the width is smaller than that of the single pulse texture diameter.This study provides a reference for the preparation of surface micro texture with specific size.
