    摘要:

    由于管路阀门的泄漏会影响瞬变压力波的波形和衰减特性,瞬变流法可用来检测管路中阀门的泄漏。采用Flowmaster 流体仿真软件建立了典型的舰艇管路阀门系统模型,对管路阀门泄漏对管内瞬变压力波的影响进行数值模拟仿真,研究泄漏阀门开度、管内流速和压力等因素对管内瞬变压力波的影响。在此基础上,提出了下一步应开展的主要工作。这对于管路阀门泄漏状态的检测,对于提高舰艇运行安全性,保证舰艇战斗力的发挥有着极为重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    The leakage of the pipeline valve will affect the waveform and attenuation characteristics of the transient pressure wave, therefore the transient flow method could be used to detect the leakage of the valve in the pipeline. In this paper, the Flowmaster fluid simulation software is used to set up a typical ship pipeline valve system model. The effect of pipeline valve leakage on transient pressure wave in pipe is simulated numerically. The influence of the opening degree of leakage valve, velocity and pressure on the transient pressure wave in the tube is studied. On this basis, the main work that should be carried out in the next step is put forward. This can be used to detect the leakage status of pipeline valves, and to improve the performance of pipeline valves. It is of great significance to ensure the operational safety of warships and ensure the effectiveness of warships.
