    摘要:

    风力发电机组显著地经济效果与频发故障导致的设备利用率低、修复率时长、协调性差和重大经济损失等问题的矛盾日益突出。通过复合灰色理论在风力发电机组上的应用,提出了一种科学、合理和全面的效能评估方法。依据风力发电机组结构参数和技术参数的特点,按照效能来对风力发电机组的相关因素进行了合理划分,建立评估指标体系;然后,运用灰色理论和层次分析法对风力发电机组的效能评估进行了详细的研究,最后对其效能进行了综合评价。实验结果表明:这种效能评估方法能够有效地解决普通评估方法中难以解决的信息处理方式,优化了风力发电机组在实际使用中的分配和布局,为决策部署单位制定合理建议提供了科学决策依据。

    Abstract:

    The contradiction between the significant economic effects of wind turbines and the frequent errors that cause a series of problems, including low utilization rate, long repair rate time and severely economic losses and so on, is becoming increasingly conspicuous. With applying composite gray theory to wind turbine the scientific, reasonable and allsided method for effectiveness evaluation is proposed. According to the characteristic of structural parameters and technical parameters for wind turbines, it can be divided into many relevant factors in terms of effectiveness of wind turbines power. Moreover, the system of evaluation index is structured. With applying gray theory and analytic hierarchy process to effectiveness evaluation, the effectiveness is evaluated amply and comprehensively. The test results indicate that the method can effectively deal with the ticklish question of information handing, optimize the distribution and arrangement and provide decision and deployment unit with decision basis.
