    摘要:

    针对植保无人机无法喷洒可湿性粉剂和悬浮剂等问题,设计了一种可用于喷洒固液混合药液的植保无人机。该机器以某型八旋翼无人机为基础,由带有搅拌装置的药液箱、可喷洒固液混合药液的喷嘴和无人机起落架等组成。首先,根据喷洒药剂的类型设计了带有搅拌装置的药液箱;接着,设计了可对固液混合药液喷洒的喷嘴,并进行流体力学仿真;紧接着,设计了可固定药液箱的无人起落架,并做静动力学分析;然后,根据无人机的升力和续航要求重新配置了电池;最后,后进行了试验。试验结果表明,药液箱中的药液浓度分布均匀,浓度误差在10%以下;喷洒具有较好的平均覆盖率和平均沉积量参数;载5 L药液进行喷洒作业,可续航15.5 min。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at solving the problem that the UAV can’t spray wettable powder and suspending agent, a kind of UAV which can spray solidliquid mixture was designed. Based on a certain type of eight rotor UAV, the machine is composed of a medicine tank with a stirring device, a nozzle which can spray solidliquid mixture medicine and landing gear of the UAV. According to the type of spraying agent, a liquid medicine tank with a stirring device is designed, and then the spraying of solidliquid mixture is designed and the hydrodynamics simulation is carried out. The UAV bracket to fix the liquid medicine tank is designed and the static and dynamic analysis is carried out. The battery is reconfigured according to the lift and endurance requirements of the UAV. The test results show that the concentration of the chemical liquid in the liquid tank is evenly distributed, and the concentration error is less than 10%; the spraying has good average coverage and average deposition parameters; the spraying operation with 5L of chemical liquid can last 15.5 minutes.
