Aimed at the design difficulties of the hydraulic servo system of the model support mechanism in a large wind tunnel with large inertia,negative load and high precision,four hydraulic servo drive schemes were proposed by taking the Y-direction mechanism in a large wind tunnel model support mechanism as an example.The four schemes were simulated and analyzed by using the AMESim simulation platform,and three schemes were experimented and studied by using the scaled test platform.The results show that the scheme of assymetric cylinder controled by assymetric servoproportional valve has the advantages of simple structure,good control performance and high cost performance,it is the more reasonable hydraulic servo drive scheme.The conclusion can be used as a reference for the design of similar systems.
