    摘要:

    针对大型风洞中大惯性、负负载、高精度模型支撑机构液压伺服系统的设计难点,以某大型风洞模型支撑机构中的Y向机构为例,提出4种液压伺服驱动方案。通过AMESim仿真平台对4种方案进行仿真分析,并利用缩比试验平台对其中3种方案进行试验研究。结果表明:非对称伺服比例阀控制非对称缸系统结构简单、控制性能好、性价比高,是比较合理的液压伺服驱动方案。研究结论可作为类似系统设计的参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the design difficulties of the hydraulic servo system of the model support mechanism in a large wind tunnel with large inertia,negative load and high precision,four hydraulic servo drive schemes were proposed by taking the Y-direction mechanism in a large wind tunnel model support mechanism as an example.The four schemes were simulated and analyzed by using the AMESim simulation platform,and three schemes were experimented and studied by using the scaled test platform.The results show that the scheme of assymetric cylinder controled by assymetric servoproportional valve has the advantages of simple structure,good control performance and high cost performance,it is the more reasonable hydraulic servo drive scheme.The conclusion can be used as a reference for the design of similar systems.
