    摘要:

    工程机械有多个执行机构,如挖掘机、起重机等。作业时经常出现两个以上执行机构同时动作,而在第二个执行机构加入或撤出瞬间,系统常易出现冲击抖动问题。首先提出一种全新的复合动作冲击性能定义方法,并针对常用的阀后补偿多路阀,仿真研究影响复合动作冲击的因素,总结减小冲击的方法,并进行试验验证。

    Abstract:

    Engineering machinery basically has several actuators, such as excavators, cranes, etc. It is very often that more than two actuators work at the same time. When the second action is added or reduced, the system is often impacted. A new definition method of the impact value of compound movement was presented. For the commonly used valve back compensation multivalve, the factors affecting the impact were studied, and the methods to reduce the impact were summarized and verified by experiments.
