    摘要:

    为实现硬脆材料在磨削过程中处于延性域加工,以提高材料的表面质量、增加材料的使用寿命,使材料具有优良的抗疲劳、耐磨损性能,从试验研究、理论建模、仿真分析3个方面介绍了国内外学者对硬脆材料磨削加工过程中的脆塑转变现象的研究。分析了超声辅助振动磨削加工中脆塑转变的国内外研究现状,提出将高速、超高速与超声辅助振动磨削相结合的加工方式。研究结果表明:磨削速度对硬脆材料的最大未变形切屑厚度影响较大;引入超声辅助振动容易实现硬脆材料延性域磨削;施加不同方向的超声辅助振动对材料脆塑转变的临界切削深度影响不同。提出未来应从磨削热、预热处理、仿真分析模型、磨削加工模型4个方面对硬脆材料延性域磨削进行更深层次的研究。研究成果为实现硬脆材料延性域磨削和实际生产提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the ductility domain processing of hard and brittle materials in the grinding process, thus improve the surface quality of the material, increase the service life of the material and make the material has excellent antifatigue and antiwear performance, the research on the brittleplastic transformation phenomenon in the grinding process of hard and brittle materials by domestic and foreign scholars was introduced from three aspects, such as experimental research, theoretical modeling and simulation analysis. The research status of brittleplastic transition in ultrasonicassisted vibration grinding at home and abroad was analyzed, and a new machining method combining high speed, ultrahigh speed and ultrasonicassisted vibration grinding was proposed. The results show that the grinding speed has a great effect on the maximum undeformed chip thickness of hard and brittle materials; ductility domain grinding of hard and brittle materials is easily achieved by introducing ultrasonicassisted vibration; different directions of ultrasonicassisted vibration have different effects on the brittleplastic transition cutting depth of materials. It was proposed that the further research on the ductility domain grinding of hard and brittle materials should be carried out from four aspects, such as grinding heat, preheat treatment, simulation analysis model and grinding process model. The research results provide reference for the realization of ductility domain grinding and practical production of hard and brittle materials.
