    摘要:

    电液伺服阀按结构形式可分为喷嘴挡板伺服阀、射流式伺服阀和直接驱动伺服阀,主要区别在于前置级选取了不同的液压放大器。一般均采用圆柱形滑阀副作为第二级功率放大级,滑阀副的性能同样直接影响伺服阀的性能。为此,从零开口、正开口、负开口形式的轴向配合和径向配合组合方面,分析了伺服阀滑阀副配合对伺服阀性能的影响。同时,分析非对称滑阀副开口对伺服阀性能的影响,并通过实验验证了分析结果。

    Abstract:

    Electrohydraulic servo valve can be divided into nozzle flapper servo valve, jet servo valve and direct drive servo valve according to the structure, and the main difference is that different hydraulic amplifiers are selected in the front stage. Cylindrical spool valve pair is generally used as the second stage power amplification stage, and the performance of the spool valve pair also directly affects the performance of the servo valve. Therefore, from the axial and radial combination with zero opening, positive opening, negative opening form, the influence of the spool valve pair fit on the performance of the servo valve was analyzed. At the same time, the influence of the opening of the asymmetric spool valve pair on the performance of the servo valve was analyzed, and the analysis results were verified by experiments.
