    摘要:

    在PMSM直接转矩控制系统中,通常需要转子位置信息来实现电机换相运行,难以用于一些特定的PMSM无位置传感器控制中。提出一种采用定子高频脉冲磁链注入实现PMSM无位置传感器直接转矩控制方法,设计基于电流模型的电磁转矩和定子磁链观测器,只需要实测电流信息就可以实现高、低转速通用控制。进一步为了实现磁链和转速的在线辨识,设计PMSM转子位置和转速观测器,并设计磁极判断判据,提高观测器观测精度,最后通过实验验证了所提方案的有效性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    In PMSM direct torque control system,rotor position information is usually needed to realize motor commutation operation,which is difficult to be used in some specific PMSM sensorless control.A sensorless direct torque control method of PMSM based on stator high frequency pulse flux injection was proposed.The electromagnetic torque and stator flux observer based on current model were designed.Only the measured current information was needed to realize the general control of high and low speed.Further,in order to realize the online identification of flux linkage and speed,the PMSM rotor position and speed observer was designed,and the pole judgment criterion was designed to improve the observation accuracy of the observer.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme are verified by experiments.
