    摘要:

    针对某城市快速地铁车辆转向架螺旋弹簧频繁出现断裂的问题,以该线路地铁车辆转向架弹簧为研究对象,建立三维模型。根据弹簧在实际工程中发生疲劳断裂的部位,分析弹簧模型在静强度下的受力,以验证弹簧模型的准确性。以实测位移载荷数据为基础建立载荷谱,根据载荷谱及材料的S-N曲线计算出不同工况下的一系钢圆弹簧最小疲劳寿命。通过改变弹簧参数求出不同参数下的最小疲劳寿命,以探究弹簧参数与最小疲劳寿命之间的关系,从而找出提高弹簧疲劳寿命的方法。

    Abstract:

    In view of the frequent fracture of the coil spring of the bogie of the metro vehicle in a certain city, a threedimensional model was established by taking the bogie spring of the metro vehicle in this line as the research object. According to the fatigue fracture parts of the spring in the actual project, the force of the spring model under the static strength was analyzed in order to verify the accuracy of the spring model. Based on the measured displacement load data, the load spectrum was established. According to the load spectrum and the S-N curve of the material, the minimum fatigue life of the primary steel spring under different working conditions was calculated. By changing the spring parameters, the minimum fatigue life under different parameters was obtained, and the relationship between the spring parameters and the minimum fatigue life was explored, so as to find out the method to improve the spring fatigue life.
