    摘要:

    针对预浸布带缠绕成型工艺的要求,在传统卧式数控车床基础上设计了一种新型数控布带缠绕机。根据缠绕工艺要求,研究数控布带缠绕机的机械结构;基于华中8型数控系统设计了驱动控制系统;结合三菱PLC、触摸屏等开发了车间现场交互控制系统;构建了上位机采集监测系统,采用FTP协议实现了上位机与数控系统间G代码文件的上传下载;利用Modbus协议实现了PLC状态数据的实时采集。通过运行测试,验证了该系统加工效率高、扩展性能好,具有较高工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In view of the requirements of the preimmersed cloth belt winding molding process,a new type of CNC tape winding machine was designed on the basis of the traditional horizontal CNC lathe.According to the requirements of the winding process,the mechanical structure of the CNC cloth belt winding machine was studied,the drive control system was designed based on the Huazhong 8-type numerical control system;the workshop field interactive control system was developed combined with Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen;the upperposition machine collection and monitoring system was constructed,and the upload and download of G code files between the upper computer and the CNC system was realized by FTP protocol;realtime acquisition of PLC status data was realized by using Modbus protocol.Through the running test,it is verified that the system has high processing efficiency,good expansion performance and high engineering application value.
