    摘要:

    LEBUS双折线卷绕系统被广泛应用于钢丝绳多层卷绕的卷扬机卷筒装置中,其中卷筒两端的阶梯挡环是传统排绳机构的关键部件,这种阶梯挡环可以实现钢丝绳自动换向卷绕,避免钢丝绳从下层向上层过渡时受到剧烈挤压和磨损而造成寿命缩短、排绳错乱等问题。针对阶梯挡环加工难的问题,对一台老旧的C6031A型卧式车床进行数控化再制造,包括主运动再制造、导轨再制造、进给运动再制造以及专用数控系统的设计等。结果表明:再制造后的C6031A型数控车床完全可以满足卷扬机卷筒各种阶梯挡环的车削加工,经济效益和社会效益显著。

    Abstract:

    The LEBUS double fold winding system is widely used in winch drum device of multilayer winding of the steel wire rope, and the step retaining ring at both ends of the drum is the key part of the traditional rope arranging mechanism. This kind of step retaining ring can be used to realize the automatic reversing and winding of the steel wire rope,and the problems such as shortening the service life of the steel wire rope and disordered rope arrangement caused by severe extrusion and wear can be avoided when the steel wire rope transits from the lower layer to the upper layer. In view of the difficulty processing of the step retaining ring,CNC remanufacturing for an old C6031A horizontal lathe was carried out, including the remanufacturing of the main motion, the remanufacturing of the guide rail, the remanufacturing of the feed motion and the design of the special CNC system. The results show that the remanufactured C6031A CNC lathe can completely meet the requirements of turning various step retaining rings of the winch drum, with remarkable economic and social benefits.
