    摘要:

    对高强螺栓连接副摩擦设计原理进行了描述,并以某大型风电机组M42螺栓为研究对象,采用有限元的方式对螺栓连接副施加不同的摩擦因数,计算出不同摩擦因数下螺栓的应力,并采用试验的方式对该部位连接副的摩擦因数进行测试。结果表明:连接副摩擦因数对螺栓应力影响非常大,而实测的摩擦因数与常规设计摩擦因数之间存在很大的偏差,如果按照常规设计摩擦因数进行设计,系统会变得非常庞大,成本大大增加。这些研究为螺栓连接的精细化及系统降本提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The friction design principle of highstrength bolt connection pair was described, and the M42 bolt of a large wind turbine was taken as the research object. The finite element method was used to apply different friction coefficient to the bolt connection pair, the stress of the bolt under different friction coefficient was calculated, and the friction coefficient of the joint pair at this part was tested by experiment. The results show that the friction coefficient of the joint pair has a great influence on the bolt stress, but there is a big deviation between the measured friction coefficient and the conventional design friction coefficient. If the friction coefficient is designed according to the conventional design, the system will become very large and the cost will increase greatly. These studies provide reference for of bolted connections refinement design and cost reduction of system.
