    摘要:

    为研究精密数控机床的加工精度,针对以气浮平台和旋转平台为主要方式的四轴抛光平台进行了几何与热的综合误差建模,利用XL-80激光干涉仪、PT100温度传感器及XSR90彩色无纸记入仪等仪器对X、Z轴的温度、定位误差进行测量、记录。分析精密数控机床移动轴的定位误差与温度之间的规律。运用切比雪夫多项式及最小二乘法分别建立X、Z轴几何误差模型和热误差模型,两模型进行叠加得到机床X、Z轴的综合定位误差模型,依据模型分别计算出X、Z轴定位误差拟合值,与实验测量值进行对比。结果表明:建立的模型具有预测精度高、鲁棒性好的特点。

    Abstract:

    To study machining accuracy of NC machine tool,taking a four shaft polishing platform with floating platform and rotary platform as the research object,comprehensive geometric and thermal error modeling was carried out.XL-80 laser interferometer,PT100 temperature sensor and XSR90 color paperless recorded instrument were used to measure and record the temperature,position error of X,Z axis.The law between the positioning error of the moving axes and the temperature was studied.The geometric error model and thermal error model of X and Z axes were established by using Chebyshev polynomial and least square method respectively.The two models were superimposed to obtain the comprehensive positioning error model of X and Z axes of the machine tool,and the comparison between the fitting values of positioning error of X and Z axes and the experimental measurement values was conducted.The results show that the built model has characteristic of high prediction accuracy and good robustness.
