    摘要:

    为实现超高强汽车板拆带生产线的全自动化,以镀锌产线入口的钢卷拆带作为控制对象,通过研究生产工艺,设计了一种全自动高强汽车板拆带生产线。详细阐述生产线的组成和工作流程、电气控制系统和软件系统设计方法。针对现场的复杂性和多变性,对生产过程中可能出现的各种故障建立智能诊断专家系统;采用贝叶斯判别方法进行智能诊断并报警。实践表明:所设计的生产线的平均拆带时间比传统人工平均拆带时间减小了3.3 min,提高了生产效率,具有较高的实际应用价值;现场安全记录显示该智能诊断专家系统运行正常,报警无误差,为及时处理设备故障、安全生产提供了保障。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the full automation of the ultrahigh strength automobile panel strip removal production line,a full automatic high strength automobile panel strip removal production line was designed by taking the strip stripping of steel coil at the entrance of galvanizing production line as the control object and studying the production process.The composition and working flow of production line,the design methods of the electrical control system and software system were described in detail.In view of the complexity and variability of the site,the intelligent diagnosis expert system was established for various faults those may appeared in the production process;Bayesian discriminant method was used for intelligent diagnosis and alarm.The practice shows that the average stripping time of the designed production line is 3.3 min less than that of the traditional manual stripping time,which improves the production efficiency and has high practical application value;the onsite safety record shows that the intelligent diagnosis expert system operates normally and has no error in alarm,which provides guarantee for timely handling of equipment faults and safe production.
