    摘要:

    应用结合面理论对立式加工中心机床立柱进行受力分析。将立柱与机床其他部件的结合部区分为固定结合面和运动结合面。固定结合面具有较大的接触刚度,无需考虑其受力及变形,将结合面上的正压力简化为均布力,结合机床主要机械加工工序,将切削力简化为3个正交分力和绕主轴轴线的旋转力矩。以固定结合面受载后无相对运动为准则,分析螺纹连接件的工作载荷与结合面上的均布载荷。针对立柱与滑鞍构成的运动导轨结合面,根据结合面压力理论,将结合面的变形及正压力处理成沿结合面的线性函数,建立平衡条件,得到主副导轨结合面不同部位载荷分布函数。

    Abstract:

    The theory of joint surface was used to analyze the force on the column of vertical machining center. The joint between the column and other parts of the machine tool was divided into fixed joint surface and moving joint surface. The fixed joint surface had large contact stiffness, it was unnecessary to consider its stress and deformation. The normal pressure on the fixed joint surface was simplified as the uniform force,combined with the main machining process of the machine tool, the cutting force was simplified into three orthogonal forces and rotation moment around the axis of the spindle. No relative motion after the fixed joint surface was loaded was taken as the principle, the working load of the threaded joint and the uniform load on the joint surface were analyzed. For the moving joint surface composed of column and slide block,according to the pressure theory of the joint surface, the deformation and normal pressure of the joint surface were treated as a linear function along the joint surface. Based on the established equilibrium conditions,the load distribution functions of different parts on the main and secondary joint surfaces were obtained.
