Abstract:Based on the second development interface of PC SDK communication of IRC5 controller, a kind of industrial robot remote monitoring system based on C/S architecture under LAN was designed. RobotStudio was used to build ABB industrial robot diecasting virtual workstation, and Winform was used to write remote monitoring program under.NET platform. Through the connection with the virtual workstation of the industrial robot, the effectiveness of the remote monitoring system was verified. The simulation results show that the system can realize the functions of industrial robot controller monitoring, access rights management, running data acquisition, I/O signal reading and writing, log query, program editing and control, it can greatly reduce the development difficulty of the remote monitoring function of industrial robot, and provide a solution for the rapid development of the remote monitoring function of industrial robot
