    摘要:

    在石油化工、管道建设等行业,管道内爬行机器人得到了迅速的发展应用。针对大口径油气长输管道的特点,对内爬行机器人进行工况分析,设计一种由压缩空气作为动力驱动的、适应管径1 422 mm的内爬行管口组对机器人。该机器人采用遥控操作控制方式,可以实现前进、后退、紧急停车、涨紧对口等动作,采用大扭矩气动马达双侧四轮驱动,爬坡能力强,可以适用于大坡度施工工况。通过功能扩展还可以实现管道内监测、设备检修等功能。介绍了管道内爬行机器人的机械结构、控制流程、控制原理等内容。该机器人具有扩展性能强、爬行能力好、安全环保、操作控制简单等优势。

    Abstract:

    In petrochemical and pipeline construction industries, crawling robots in pipelines have been rapidly developed and applied. According to the characteristics of the largediameter oil and gas pipeline, the working conditions for the internal crawler robot were analyzed, and an internal crawler nozzle assembly paired robot with a diameter of 1 422 mm driven by compressed air was designed. Remote control mode was adopted for the robot,by which forward, backward, emergency stop, tightening counterparts operations could be realized. Hightorque pneumatic motor on both sides and fourwheel drive were adopted.The robot had strong climbing ability, and could be applied to largeslope construction conditions. Through function expansion, functions such as inpipe monitoring and equipment maintenance could also be implemented.The mechanical structure, control flow and control principle of the crawling robot used in the pipeline were introduced. The robot has the advantages of strong expansion performance, good crawling ability, safety and environmental protection, and simple operation control.
