    摘要:

    针对推力角接触球转盘轴承装球塞引起的轴承异响、噪声大等问题,对现有装球塞进行结构改进。现有螺纹装球塞内端面与轴承滚道存在落差,钢球滚动时出现碰撞,轴承长期使用后,装球塞易错位。改进后的装球塞为锥销插锁式结构,通过定位锥销使装球塞与轴承内座圈成为一体并进行加工,保证滚道的连贯性和一致性。定位锥销同时限制了装球塞的圆周运动和轴向运动2个自由度,为优化定位锥销自身移动,设计了垫片和螺钉结构;增加了O形密封圈,保证装球塞处的轴承密封效果。新型装球塞结构有效地改善了转盘轴承的稳定性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of bearing abnormal noise and high noise caused by the ball loading plug of thrust angular contact ball slewing bearing, the structure of the existing ball loading plug was improved. There is a gap between the inner end face of the existing threaded ball loading plug and the bearing raceway, so the steel ball collides when rolling. After longterm use of the bearing, the ball loading plug is easy to be misplaced. The improved ball plug was the tapered pin insert lock structure. The ball loading plug and the bearing inner seat ring were integrated through the positioning taper pin and were processed , so that the consistency and consistency of the raceway were guaranteed. The locating taper pin limited the circular motion and axial motion of the ball plug at the same time. In order to optimize the movement of the positioning taper pin, the gasket and screw were designed; the O-ring was added to ensure the bearing sealing effect at the ball loading plug. The new structure of the ball loading plug can improve the stability performance of the slewing bearing effectively.
