    摘要:

    为降低铣削加工中加工件的表面粗糙度,提出一种基于残余波峰的二次铣削加工轨迹生成方法。该方法根据一次铣削加工中的残余波峰位置,生成相应的波峰消除轨迹,来消除一次铣削加工中所产生的残余波峰,以降低铣削加工表面的粗糙度,提升表面质量。基于STL模型给出基于残余波峰的二次铣削轨迹生成方法,并采用此方法进行铣削实验。实验结果表明:二次铣削加工后的实验件表面粗糙度明显降低,波峰高度明显下降,验证了此方法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the surface roughness of workpiece during milling process, a method of generating secondary milling trajectories based on residual wave peaks was proposed. According to the position of the residual wave peaks in one milling process, the corresponding wave crest elimination trajectory was generated to eliminate the residual wave crest in one milling process, thereby reducing the roughness of the milled surface and improving the surface quality. A secondary milling trajectory generation method based on residual wave peaks was given based on the STL model, and a milling experiment was performed using this method. The experimental results show that the surface roughness of the experimental parts after secondary milling is significantly reduced, and the wave height is significantly reduced, which verifies the feasibility of this method.
