    摘要:

    设计试验方案对不同的电子水泵进行NVH试验,在不同工况下通过数据采集系统对电子水泵的噪声和振动信号进行记录和分析。试验结果表明:电子水泵径向噪声明显大于轴向噪声;试验泵的噪声明显大于对标泵;在电子水泵的加速过程中,转速波动是电子水泵产生噪声和振动突变的主要原因。通过分析电子水泵噪声阶次图,发现电子水泵在4 500 Hz频带处产生结构共振噪声;在高转速工况下,流体动力噪声对电子水泵的噪声贡献量较大;在中低速工况下,电磁噪声对于电子水泵的噪声贡献量较大,脉冲宽度调制是电子水泵产生电磁噪声的主要原因。研究结论对电子水泵的设计和控制方法提出改进意见,为电子水泵减振降噪提供试验数据和研究方向。

    Abstract:

    The experiment schemes were designed to test the noise and vibration of the electronic water pump and the noise and vibration signals of the electronic water pump were recorded by the data acquisition system under different working conditions.The test results show that the radial noise of the electronic water pump is obviously greater than the axial noise;the noise of domestic electronic water pump is significantly higher than that of imported electronic water pump;in the acceleration process of electronic water pump, speed fluctuation is the main cause of vibration and noise mutation of electronic water pumps.According to the analysis of the noise order diagram of the electronic water pump, it is found that the electronic water pump generates structural resonance noise at 4 500 Hz frequency band;under high speed conditions, hydrodynamic noise contributes a large to the electronic water pump noise;under medium and low speed conditions, electromagnetic noise contributes a large to the electronic water pump noise;pulse width modulation is the main reason for the electromagnetic noise of the electronic water pump.Based on the existing designs and control approaches of electronic water pumps, some improvement suggestions were put forward to provide experimental data and research direction for vibration and noise reduction of electronic water pumps.
