    摘要:

    油泵壳体清洁度对于变速器润滑系统整体性能有重要影响。由于油泵壳体结构复杂,采用一般清洗方法难以达到清洁度要求。将高压水射流清洗技术与精密清洗技术相结合,既能实现对规则性较好部位的清洗,也能实现对孔、缝隙等部位的清洗。实验结果表明:采用该种油泵清洗工艺,能大幅度提高油泵壳体的清洁度,达到产品性能要求。

    Abstract:

    The cleanliness of the oil pump housing has an important influence on the overall performance of transmission lubrication system. Due to the complex structure of the oil pump housing, it is difficult to achieve the cleanliness requirements by using general cleaning methods. Combined with high pressure water jet cleaning technology and precision cleaning technology, not only the regular parts can be cleaned, but also the holes, gaps and other parts can be cleaned. The experimental results show that by using the proposed cleaning technology, the cleanliness of the oil pump housing can be greatly improved and the product performance requirements can be met.
