    摘要:

    地面振动容易使机床超过允许的加工或测量偏差,从而影响机床的加工质量。提出一种新型电液执行机构对机床进行振动隔离,构建机床主动隔振系统,采用神经网络PID控制器实现机床主动隔振系统的有效控制,并对控制效果进行仿真验证。分析机床主动隔振系统的结构,建立机床主动隔振系统中电液执行机构以及机床的动力学模型,将执行机构的数学模型耦合到机床的虚拟模型。基于神经网络与PID控制器,开发神经网络PID控制器。采用MATLAB对机床主动隔振系统进行仿真,同时与传统PID控制器的计算结果进行对比和分析。结果显示:神经网络PID控制器控制下的工作台以及工具中心点位移振幅相比传统PID控制器减少30%~82%,采用神经网络PID控制器控制后,控制精度更高,隔振效果也更好。采用神经网络PID控制器的电液执行机构能够有效地衰减并隔离地面运动。

    Abstract:

    Ground vibration can easily make machine tool exceed allowable processing or measurement deviation, thereby affecting the processing quality of the machine tool. Therefore, a new type of electrohydraulic actuator was proposed to isolate the machine tool from vibration.A machine tool active vibration isolation system was constructed,a neural network PID controller was adopted to implement effective control of the machine tool active vibration isolation system,and the control effect was simulated.The structure of the machine’ s active vibration isolation system was analyzed. The dynamic models of the electrohydraulic actuator and the machine tool of the machine’ s active vibration isolation system were established.The mathematical model of the actuator was coupled to the virtual model of the machine tool. Based on neural network and PID controller, a neural network PID controller was developed. The MATLAB was used to simulate the active vibration isolation system of the machine tool. At the same time, the calculation results of traditional PID controllers were compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the displacement amplitude of the table and tool center under the control of the neural network PID controller is reduced by 30%~82% compared with the traditional PID controller. After the neural network PID controller is used for control, the control accuracy is higher, the vibration effect is also better. The electrohydraulic actuator using the neural network PID controller can effectively attenuate and isolate ground motion.
