    摘要:

    以TC4钛合金螺栓搓丝成型过程为研究对象,利用ABAQUS有限元软件进行仿真分析,得到切向速度、径向进给速度和摩擦因数对螺纹成型质量的影响规律。结果表明:搓丝板切向速度和摩擦因数对螺纹成型质量有显著影响,而径向进给速度对螺纹成型质量影响很小;切向速度低于300 mm/s时螺纹成型质量较好,高于300 mm/s时成型质量较差;随着摩擦因数的增大,螺纹成型质量先变好后变差。通过对比分析,确定TC4钛合金最优的螺纹搓丝成型参数为切向速度300 mm/s、摩擦因数0.3~0.4。所得出的结论可为企业TC4钛合金螺纹搓丝成型工艺参数的选择提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Taking the thread forming process of TC4 titanium alloy bolt as the research object, the influence of tangential speed, radial feed speed and friction coefficient on thread forming quality was obtained by using the ABAQUS finite element soft. The results show that the tangential speed and friction coefficient have significant influences on the thread forming quality, while the radial feed speed of the screw plate has little influence on the thread forming quality; when the tangential speed is lower than 300 mm/s, the forming quality of thread is better, and when it is higher than 300 mm/s, the forming quality of thread is worse; with the increase of friction coefficient, the forming quality of thread first becomes better and then becomes worse. Through comparative analysis, the optimal thread rolling forming process parameters of TC4 titanium alloy were determined as the tangential speed of 300 mm/s and the friction coefficient within 0.3~0.4.The conclusions obtained can provide reference for the selection of the process parameters of the TC4 titanium alloy thread forming.
