    医疗器械中体外诊断分析仪中使用的恒压恒流凸轮柱塞泵,其关键在于凸轮形成的轨迹曲线。根据柱塞运动的轨迹计算凸轮的轨迹曲线并在SolidWorks软件中进行仿真,发现凸轮的轨迹曲线与理想轨迹曲线存在偏差,从而影响凸轮柱塞泵恒压和恒流的性能。为了优化凸轮轨迹曲线,采用Catmull-Rom三次插值曲线拟合离散点及NURBS柔性曲线控制顶点位置和权因子两种设计方法,并将两种方法得出的凸轮曲线与理想轨迹曲线进行对比,结果表明:采用后一种方法,凸轮的轨迹曲线更接近理想轨迹曲线。为了验证计算结果,搭建凸轮柱塞泵测试平台,利用国外先进的微型流量计测试流量的脉动。该实验平台可以实时反馈流量的变化,并且通过曲线的形式反映优化前后的不同数据。经过测试,优化后的流量脉动及脉动率明显要比优化前的小,满足体外诊断分析仪产品的使用需求。

    Abstract:

    The key technology of the constant pressure and constant current cam plunger pump used in the in vitro diagnostic analyzer is the trajectory curve formed by the cam. According to the trajectory of the plunger, the trajectory curve of the cam was calculated and simulated in SolidWorks software. It was found that there was a deviation between the cam trajectory curve and the ideal trajectory curve, so the constant pressure and constant current performance of the cam plunger pump was affected. In order to optimize the cam trajectory curve, Catmull-Rom cubic interpolation curve was used to fit discrete points and NURBS flexible curve was used to control vertex position and weight factor. The cam curves obtained by the two methods were compared with the ideal trajectory curve. The results show that the cam trajectory curve obtained by the latter is closer to the ideal trajectory curve. In order to verify the calculated results, a testing platform for cam plunger pump was built, and the flow pulsation was measured by using a foreign advanced micro flowmeters. The experimental platform can feedback the change of flow rate in realtime, and the different data before and after optimization are reflected in the form of curve. After testing, the flow fluctuation and fluctuation rate after optimization are obviously smaller than those before optimization, which meets the needs of in vitro diagnostic analyzer.
