    以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料车削参数为研究对象,基于中心复合法建立车削试验矩阵,利用极值法分析各车削参〖JP2〗数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,并得出使表面粗糙度最小的最优车削参数组合。利用响应面法建立表面粗糙度预测模型,基于显著性分析调整模型中变量成分提高模型的准确性。采用JMP软件对工程中常用的表面粗糙度目标进行加工参数优化计算,结果表明:基于响应面法建立的粗糙度预测模型可精确预测设定目标的最优车削参数,相比极值法更具有实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Taking the turning parameters of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel as the research object, the turning test matrix was established based on the central composite method, the influence of the turning parameters on the surface roughness was analyzed by using the extreme value method, then the optimal combination of turning parameters that minimized the surface roughness was obtained. By using the response surface method, a surface roughness prediction model was built, the variable components in the model were adjusted based on significance analysis to improve the accuracy of the model. JMP software was used to optimize the machining parameters for surface roughness targets commonly used in engineering. The results show that the roughness prediction model based on the response surface method can be used to accurately predict the optimal turning parameters of the set target, and it has more practical application value than the extreme value method.
