    摘要:

    为提高采煤机滚筒调高系统的响应速度和稳定性,分析了采煤机自动调高系统组成及原理,并推导了调高油缸伸出量与滚筒高度之间的函数关系,随后利用AMESim软件建立了系统仿真模型。仿真结果显示:相比于普通电磁换向阀,电液比例阀更加有利于滚筒高度的稳定、快速调整。另外,在设计调高系统时,应考虑外负载对电液比例阀启动时间的影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the response speed and stability of the height adjustment system of shearer drum,the composition and principle of the automatic height adjustment system of shearer were analyzed,and the functional relationship between the height adjustment cylinder elongation and the drum height was deduced,then AMESim software was used to establish the system simulation model.The simulation results show that compared with the ordinary electromagnetic reversing valve,the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is beneficial to adjust the drum height stably and fast.In addition,the influence of external load on the starting time of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve should be considered in the design of height regulating system.
