    摘要:

    比例减压阀的出口压力稳定性是影响阀整体性能的重要因素,在阀的开发阶段进行合理设计尤为重要。结合液压系统、测控系统设计了压力稳定性测试系统,能够精确地采集阀的出口压力,并将LabVIEW软件和数据采集器相结合作为数据采集平台,实现电流、压力等数据的实时采集及显示。结果表明:该测试系统能够很好地监测出口压力的波动,为比例减压阀的设计及寿命检测提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The stability of the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve is an important factor affecting the overall performance of the valve, and it is particularly important to design the valve reasonably in the development stage. The pressure stability test system was designed by combining the hydraulic system and the measurement and control system,by which the outlet pressure of the valve could be accurately collected. LabVIEW software and data collector were combined as a data collection platform to realize realtime acquisition and display of current, pressure and other data. The results show that the test system can be used to well monitor the fluctuation of the outlet pressure, which provides reference for the design and life detection of the proportional pressure reducing valve.
