    摘要:

    注塑机电液伺服系统是一个时滞、非线性复杂系统,传统PID控制往往难以取得理想的控制效果。为了获取良好的控制效果,提出一种用混合粒子群算法优化PID控制器参数的方法,将模拟退火算法引入到粒子群算法中,能够更加快速、准确寻优出PID控制器最优参数。利用MATLAB仿真软件建立注塑机电液伺服系统控制模型,将混合粒子群算法与粒子群算法、遗传算法进行对比。仿真结果表明:利用混合粒子群算法优化的PID控制器收敛速度快、准确性高、鲁棒性强,明显提高了系统的控制性能。

    Abstract:

    The electrohydraulic servo system of injection molding machine is a timedelay,nonlinear and complex system,using conventional PID control method is difficult to achieve desired control effect.In order to obtain good control effect,a hybrid particle swarm optimization (HPSO) method was proposed to optimize PID controller parameters.The simulated annealing algorithm was introduced into the particle swarm optimization,so the optimal parameters of PID controller could be found out more quickly and accurately.The control model of the electrohydraulic servo system was established by using MATLAB simulation software,and the HPSO algorithm was compared with particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm.The simulation results show that the PID controller optimized by HPSO algorithm has fast convergence speed,high accuracy and strong robustness,which significantly improves the control performance of the system.
