    摘要:

    针对传统切削加工制造单元智能化转型升级需求,提出一种以西门子S7-1200 PLC为控制核心的智能制造切削加工系统方案。通过工业以太网,PLC与机床、制造执行系统(MES)、机器人、RFID等有机融合。重点分析了PLC与各组成部分之间的连接关系,PLC处理MES系统下发的工作任务流程,从而实现加工过程的智能化处理。该系统在加快加工单元的智能化改造,提升效率等方面具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the demand for intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional cutting manufacturing units, a solution for intelligent manufacturing cutting processing system with Siemens S71200 PLC as the control core was proposed. Through industrial ethernet, PLC and machine tools, manufacturing execution system(MES), robots, RFID were integrated organically. The connection relationships between PLC and each component were analyzed emphatically. The task flows issued by the MES system were processed by PLC, and the intelligent processing of the processing process was achieved. This system has positive significance in accelerating the intelligent transformation of processing units and improving efficiency.
