    摘要:

    为研究液压管路不同弯管形式对系统性能的影响,对油管轴线不同弯曲角度以及弯曲处不同圆角半径等弯管形〖JP2〗式进行研究。采用有限体积法,利用CFD技术对不同形式弯管的管路流场进行分析,得到不同管路形式下弯管受冲击情况;利用SimulationX软件搭建系统仿真模型,通过改变弯管参数获得不同弯管形式对液压系统性能的影响,确定较优的弯管形式。综合分析管道流场仿真与液压系统管路仿真结果,获得了管路布置方式优化建议,为液压系统管路布置提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of different bending forms of hydraulic pipeline on the system performance, different bending angles of the pipeline axis and different fillet radius at bending places were studied. The finite volume method and CFD technology were used to analyze the pipeline flow field of pipeline bending with different forms, the impact conditions of bend pipeline with different pipeline forms were obtained; SimulationX software was used to build the system simulation model; by changing the bending parameters, the influence of different bending forms on the performance of the hydraulic system was obtained, and the better bending forms were determined. The simulation results of pipeline flow field and pipeline simulation results of the hydraulic system were comprehensively analyzed, and then the optimal pipeline layout suggestions were obtained.It provides reference for the pipeline layout of hydraulic system.
