    摘要:

    针对异形薄壁件加工普遍存在效率低、变形大的问题,以一个典型异形薄壁件为例进行工艺流程优化和装夹方式优化,其中装夹方式优化引入了新设计夹具。采用对比试验的方式将优化前工艺与优化后工艺进行对比,并分析零件加工时间和尺寸精度。结果表明:优化后工艺加工效率较高,且零件精度显著提升。该工艺优化研究取得良好效果,对异形薄壁件加工具有指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at low efficiency and large deformation that are common in the processing of specialshaped thinwalled parts, a typical specialshaped thinwalled part was taken as an example to optimize the process flow and the clamping method, a new design fixture was introduced into the clamping method. The comparison test was used to compare the processes before and after optimization, then the part processing time and dimensional accuracy were analyzed. The results show that the processing efficiency is higher after optimization, and the accuracy of the parts is significantly improved. The process optimization research has achieved good results, and has a guiding effect on the processing of specialshaped thinwalled parts.
