    摘要:

    管内智能封堵器在管道抢修与维护中被广泛应用,调速装置可以利用智能封堵器前后压差的改变来调整其在管道内部的运行速度。由于智能封堵器能量供给采用电池组供电的方式,受到电池组存储极限的限制,其工作时间会受到一定的影响。因此,设计一种带有蓄能器的调速节能装置来解决这一问题。利用MATLAB/Simulink中Simcsape软件对系统进行建模,采用模糊PID控制方法对该系统进行控制,并与传统PID控制方法进行对比。结果表明:模糊PID控制器可以大幅提升系统的动态性能,超调量几乎为0,响应速度快。

    Abstract:

    The in-pipe intelligent plugging tool is widely used in pipeline repair and maintenance.The speed regulating device moving speed in the pipeline can be adjusted by using the changed pressure difference between the front and back of the intelligent plugging tool.As the energy of the intelligent plugging tool is provided by battery packs,its working time is affected by the storage limit of the battery packs.Therefore, a speed regulation and energy saving device with accumulator was designed to solve this problem.Simcsape software in MATLAB/Simulink was used to model the system,and the fuzzy PID control method was used to control the system,and compared with the traditional PID control method.The results show that by using the fuzzy PID controller,the dynamic performance of the system can be greatly improved, the overshoot is almost zero and the response speed is fast.
