    摘要:

    静态加载和耦合欧拉-拉格朗日算法(CEL)被广泛用于纯水射流冲击强化的研究。为对比分析2种仿真方法,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件分别建立其纯水射流冲击强化模型,获取能量历程变化、冲击压力作用的动态过程规律。将冲击压力仿真结果与理论结果、实验结果进行对比,结果表明:2种仿真模型的结果均与理论结果相吻合,而CEL法与实验结果吻合程度更高。所得结论可以为探究纯水射流冲击强化提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    Static loading and coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian (CEL) algorithm are widely used in the research of pure water jet peening impact enhancement.In order to compare and analyze the two simulation methods,ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish the pure water jet peening models respectively to obtain the dynamic process law of the change of energy history and impact pressure;the impact pressure simulation results were compared with the theoretical and experimental results.The results show that the two simulation models are consistent with the theoretical results,and the CEL method is more consistent with the experimental results.The conclusions can provide a certain reference for exploring the enhancement of the pure water jet peening impact.
