    摘要:

    为了方便轨枕的管理和维修,根据轨枕数字编码的成像特点,提出一种基于MSER和NCC的轨枕数字编码识别方法。首先采用高斯滤波对图像进行预处理;然后使用最大极值稳定区域(MSER)算法根据数字编码与背景的灰度对比生成极值区域,实现数字编码区域的初步定位;并且利用数字编码的几何先验知识去除不符合条件的字符连通域,从而准确定位出数字编码的区域,为后续数字编码识别减少大量的搜索空间;最后通过归一化互相关(NCC)算法计算模板图像与定位区域上数字编码的相似度量值以实现数字编码的识别。实验结果表明:此方法可以准确地定位出轨枕上的数字编码并高效地对其进行识别,识别率为95.5%,识别时间为0.24 s。

    Abstract:

    The method for identifying sleeper digital code based on maximum stable extremum region (MSER) and normalized crosscorrelation (NCC) was proposed according to the imaging characteristic of sleeper digital code, which facilitates management and maintenance of sleeper. At first, the image was preprocessed by gaussian filtering. Then the MSER algorithm was used to generate an extreme value region based on the gray contrast of the digital code and the background,by which the preliminary localization of the digital code area could be realized. Besides, the geometric prior knowledge of digital code was used to remove the connected domains of characters that did not meet the conditions, so as to locate the digital code region accurately and reduce numerous search space for subsequent digital code recognition. Finally, NCC algorithm was used to calculate the digital code similarity metric values of the template image and the localization area to realize the identification of digital code. The experimental results show that the method can be used to accurately locate the digital code on the sleeper and recognize it efficiently with the recognition rate of 95.5% and the recognition time of 0.24 s.
