    摘要:

    为解决传统人工铆接效率低、一致性差等问题,开发一套机器人自动压铆集成控制系统。通过PLC控制机器人和压铆机,实现复杂工件的自动分区域压铆过程,并可以实时监控设备的参数和状态。压铆试验结果表明:工件的自动压铆时间约为170 min,效率提升60%,铆接产品一致性良好。设计方式可移植到工业机器人其他应用领域,具有较强的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    A set of robot integrated control system was designed for automatic press riveting, in order to solve low efficiency and poor consistency of traditional manual riveting. In the system, PLC was used to control the robot and the riveting machine, the automatic press riveting process of complex workpieces was realized by regional path planning, and online monitoring of process parameters and equipment status were realized. The riveting results show that the total process time of automatic riveting is about 170 minutes, the efficiency increases by 60%, and the riveted products have better consistency. The design method can be transplanted to other application fields of industrial robots, which has a strong reference significance.
