    摘要:

    由于电液伺服阀具有抗污染能力差、易出现故障且不易判断、需要频繁检修的问题,为方便其性能测试,设计一种电液伺服阀静态性能测试试验台。该试验台通过比例溢流阀进行液压油源压力调节控制,测控系统采用精密压力传感器和流量传感器采集信号,将工控机与可编程控制器相结合进行信号传递,并基于组态王开发测试软件,使测试系统具有开发周期短、人机交互性能好、实用性强等优点。通过实际的电液伺服阀性能测试试验,验证了测试系统的可行性和合理性

    Abstract:

    Because the electrohydraulic servo valve has poor antipollution ability,easy to break down and difficult to judge,and needs frequent maintenance,a static performance test bench for electrohydraulic servo valve was developed to facilitate its performance test.In the testbed,the pressure of hydraulic oil source was controlled by proportional relief valve.The measurement and control system used precise pressure sensor and flow sensor to collect signals.The industrial computer and programmable controller were combined to transmit signals.The test software was developed based on KingView.The test system has the advantages of short development cycle,good humancomputer interaction and strong practicability.The feasibility and rationality of the test system are verified by the actual performance test of the electrohydraulic servo valve.
