    摘要:

    针对典型汽车刹车盘尺寸和形位公差的设计制造要求,提出一种采用自动化仪器检测刹车盘尺寸和形位公差的方法。分析了激光位移传感器的工作原理及其刹车盘厚度的检测方法,提出自动化检测机的传感器布置形式。设计了自动化检测机的机械结构、电气系统、操作流程,推导了直径、厚度、平面度、平行度、跳动等主要检测项目的计算公式,为刹车盘尺寸和形位公差的检测提供自动化解决方案。

    Abstract:

    According to the design and manufacture needs of typical automobile brake disc dimension and form and location tolerance, the detection method of brake disc dimension and form and location tolerance with automatic device was discussed. The working principle of laser distance sensor and detection method for brake disc depth were analyzed, and the distance sensors layout of automatic detection device was proposed. Mechanical structure, electrical system and operation process of the automatic detection device were designed. Calculation formulas of main detection items such as diameter, depth, flatness, parallelism and run-out were derived. It provides an automatic solution for brake disc dimension and form and location tolerance detection.
