    摘要:

    为克服电液伺服系统中故障分布的不确定性,设计一种自适应增益超扭滑模观测器,用于电液伺服系统对有界未知扰动的故障进行重构。通过对电液伺服系统进行分析,获取电液伺服系统非线性动力学方程。利用电液伺服系统非线性动力学方程,构造自适应超扭观测器,用于消除观测器增益的保守性,提高抖振削弱效果。将该自适应超扭观测器引入电液伺服系统的故障重构,克服故障分布的不确定性。实验结果表明:所设计的方法能够较好地对气缸位置以及气缸速度进行估计,估计结果准确度较高,而且没有较大的抖振现象,超调量也较小。说明所设计的自适应超扭观测器能够较好地适应故障的不确定性,减少抖振效应,从而能够较好地实现电液伺服系统的故障重构。

    Abstract:

    In order to overcome the uncertainty of fault distribution in electrohydraulic servo system, an adaptive gain overtorsional sliding mode observer was designed to reconstruct the fault with bounded unknown disturbance in the electrohydraulic servo system. Through the analysis of the electrohydraulic servo system, the nonlinear dynamic equation of the electrohydraulic servo system was obtained. By using the nonlinear dynamic equation, an adaptive overtorsion observer was constructed to eliminate the conservativeness of the observer gain and improve the buffeting reduction effect. The adaptive overtorsion observer was introduced into the fault reconstruction of the electrohydraulic servo system to overcome the uncertainty of the fault distribution. The experimental results show that the designed method can be used to estimate the position and velocity of the cylinder better, the accuracy of the estimation results are high, there is no large bucket vibration phenomenon, and the overshoot is small. It shows that the designed adaptive overtorsion observer can better adapt to the uncertainties of faults and reduce the chattering effect, so as to better realize the faults reconstruction of the electrohydraulic servo system.
