    摘要:

    形状记忆合金永久连接管路件已大量应用于国外航空航天流体系统中,国内已开展相应的研究和应用工作,但相关考核评价标准匮乏。调研了形状记忆合金永久连接技术及其应用现状;通过分析形状记忆合金永久连接钛管连接件服役工况和结构特点,提出包含静态性能考核、动态性能考核和环境性能考核的性能评价技术及方法;给出试验判定依据及试验接口的设计要求,并对典型件性能进行试验评价。该研究为国内相关产品考核评价提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Shape memory alloy(SMA) permanent joints are largely used in aerospace fluid systems abroad. The corresponding research and application work has been carried out in China, but the relevant evaluation standards are deficient. The permanent connection technology of the SMA and its application status were investigated; by analyzing the service conditions and structural characteristics of the SMA joints titanium pipe connectors, the performance evaluation technology and method including static performance evaluation, dynamic performance evaluation and environmental performance evaluation were proposed; the test judgment basis and the design requirements of the test interface were given, and the performance of typical part was evaluated. This study provides reference for related product evaluation in China.
