    摘要:

    为探究电火花线切割加工的伺服控制系统特性,在门槛电压阈值控制方法的基础上,基于中走丝线切割机床,搭建电火花线切割伺服控制系统平台。将放电时采集到的频率信号通过FPGA芯片进行分析处理,并根据处理后的信号进行伺服运动。探索了电火花线切割加工效率与伺服控制系统特性之间的关系,得出阈值和检测周期对加工效率的影响;通过验证实验以及分析放电状态占比,探索最优的阈值。结果表明:当检测周期为0.5 s时,加工效率较高;当加速区占15%、匀速区占62%时,加工效率较高。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the characteristics of the servo control system of wire cut electrical discharge machining (WEDM), based on the threshold voltage threshold control method, the WEDM servo control system platform was built on the basis of the middlespeed WEDM. The frequency signal collected during discharge was analyzed and processed by using FPGA chip,and the servo motion was carried out according to the processed signal. The relationship between the cutting efficiency and the servo control system characteristics of WEDM was explored by experiments, and the influences of the threshold and detection period on the machining efficiency were obtained; through verification experiments and analyzing discharge status ratio, the optimal threshold value was explored. The results show that when the detection period is 0.5 s, high machining efficiency can be achieved; when the acceleration area accounts for 15% and the uniform speed area accounts for 62%, higher machining efficiency can be obtained too.
