    摘要:

    以电子齿轮箱为研究对象,从分析齿轮机床运动过程入手,构建电子齿轮箱滚齿加工的耦合关系联动模型;深入研究电子齿轮箱的单轴跟踪误差和耦合误差;结合齿轮加工的难点问题,提出耦合误差的简化计算模型,并开发了控制齿轮加工耦合误差的电子齿轮箱相位误差动态闭环补偿技术。最后通过基于广数218系统平台的应用,来体现所提方案的实用性。

    Abstract:

    Taking the electronic gearbox as the research object, starting from analyzing the motion process of gear machine, the coupling relationship linkage model of the electronic gear box in the motion process was constructed. The singleaxis tracking error and coupling error of the electronic gearbox were studied. Combining with the difficulties of gear processing,a simplified calculation model for coupling errors was presented, a dynamic closedloop compensation technology for phase error of electronic gearbox was developed to control the coupling error of gear processing. Finally, through the application based on GSK218 CNC system, the practicability of the presented scheme was verified.
