    摘要:

    基于有限元法对某MW级风机主传动系统连接螺栓静强度和疲劳强度分析方法进行研究。将传动链系统的力学模型进行简化,建立传动链系统的有限元模型。根据GL规范对螺栓进行静强度和疲劳强度计算,充分考虑外载荷分量对螺栓受力影响的灵敏度差异性,并根据计算结果分析传动链连接螺栓受力特性及外载荷对螺栓强度计算的影响。研究结果对风电系统连接螺栓强度的精确计算提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on finite element method, the analysis method of static strength and fatigue strength of connecting bolt on the main drive system of a MW wind turbine was studied. The mechanical model of the drive chain system was simplified and the finite element model of the drive chain system was established. According to GL regulation, the static strength and fatigue strength of the bolt were calculated, and the sensitivity difference of the external load component influence on the bolt force was fully considered. In addition, the force characteristics of the drive chain connecting bolt and the influence of external load on the bolt strength calculation were analyzed according to the calculation results. The research results provide reference for the accurate calculation of the strength of connecting bolt in wind power system.
