In view of the unstable welding quality caused by the core size deviation and tooling positioning deviation in the new energy vehicle power supply system, a welding seam quality control strategy based on laser locating and automatic correction was proposed to realize the intelligent correction of welding track during module welding and ensure the stability and reliability of the welding seam quality. By using the laser locating and automatic correction system, the qualification rate of primary welding can be effectively improved, the failure shutdown problem of welding equipment caused by weld deviation can be avoided, the mean time between failures of equipment(MTBF)can be reduced, and the overall equipment efficiency(OEE)can be improved. The designed system has strong practical significance.
