    摘要:

    针对航空液压导管寿命评估问题,通过故障数据分析疲劳裂纹是液压导管严酷度高故障的主要模式。通过采集液压导管振动应力测试数据,分析振动应力值和疲劳裂纹发生规律,得出长期处于高振动应力环境是导管疲劳裂纹的重要原因;并评估使用一个周期后的飞机液压管路振动应力环境。针对导管抗疲劳性能考核特点,选取使用一个周期的高应力区域导管开展脉冲、弯曲疲劳试验,评估导管抗疲劳性能,最终为导管寿命判定提供依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to evaluate the service life of aviation hydraulic pipe,fatigue crack was the main mode of failure with high severity of hydraulic pipe by analyzing fault data.By collecting the test data of the vibration stress of the hydraulic pipe,the vibration stress value and the occurrence law of the fatigue crack were analyzed,and it was concluded that the longterm high vibration stress environment was the important reason of the pipe fatigue crack.The vibration stress environment of the aircraft hydraulic pipe after one cycle was evaluated.According to the characteristics of the fatigue resistance of the hydraulic pipe,the pulse and bending fatigue tests were carried out with the highstress zone hydraulic pipe with one cycle to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the hydraulic pipe.It provides basis for determining the life of the hydraulic pipe.
